Local Radio Interview on 18 May 2010 - The Bigger Picture: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

This radio interview went on air live on 18 May 2010, 400pm – 430pm slot.

Guest: Dato Dr Chang KM, consultant haematologist & representative of Malaysian Society of Haematology

Topic: The Bigger Picture - Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

The Patient Congress that took place in KL during April 2010 did create some attention here and this radio interview was initiated because of the congress.

I think this is another great step in the effort in raising CML awareness in our community.

Thanks to everyone who has been giving their support all these while - the physicians, the nurses, the scientists, volunteers and most important, the survivors and the caregivers - you guys are the real heroes!

We are counting on your supports in this big movement.

Calling for Your Arts: Y2010 Annual Art Project

Do not worry if you are not an artist;
Do not worry if you are not born to draw;
Do not worry if you have never take part in any art contest before…

Anyone can do an art if you listen to your heart!

Max Family Society Malaysia & The Max Foundation love to listen to your story through your arts, in any forms.

Once again, 2010 Annual Art Project is taking place starting from now – in Malaysia, Max Family & The Max Foundation are calling for your art pieces.

Survivors, living with blood cancer and rare cancers, family members and friends are all encouraged to participate in our annual art project!

This year’s theme is Maximize Life. Participants are asked to depict how people affected by cancer are able to live their lives to the maximum.

Selected arts will be featured in The Max Foundation’s Colors of Hope Gallery!
